KRA:
Define the roadmap for B2C digital products and services across platforms. POC development and shortlisting viable models for production
Extensive benchmarking across industries to evolve customer journeys for all relevant B2C customers. Work with identified partners to convert these journeys into detailed business processes / develop UI/UX / coordinate with the solutioning team / test, deploy & iterate
Effectively engage with the IT team to translate business requirements into digital offerings. Manage projects proactively & ensure a customer-centric approach
Create and implement robust CX principles that will govern the design, development and iteration processes of all digital B2C products
Coordinate with key members from Sales, Marketing, Services to ensure that the digital products are effectively deployed and actively contributes to business success, track business metrics
