This role is designed to hold client’s hand from start to finish enabling the client to move onto the next chapter of their lives. As an Estate Agent, you will be fully responsible for supporting the business in vetting and matching the best possible clients to the “market-ready” homes, hosting successful property launch events and negotiating the best outcome for all. You will look after the house seller from when their first instruct us to sell their home through to when the sale completes.
Salary: £18,000- £25,000, depending on experience OTE £34,000 - £41,000
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri (08:45-18:00) with alternative weekend with a lieu day in the week.
Estate Agent Responsibilities:
- Staging for photos to make the property look homely.
- Taking professional standard photos, floor plans, and measurements, and creating property descriptions.
- Creating a listing on Street CRM, advertising listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, and various social media channels.
- Answering all calls and emails for viewings inquiries and booking viewings for the launch event.
- Build relationships with applicants, managing your own portfolio of vetted clients, understanding their needs, and matching them to the right homes.
- Prep and organise the launch event: This includes arriving early for the event and prepping property (opening the windows for fresh air, closing toilet lids, using props to stage property, and Inspire scent.
- On the Launch Day: Act as a host of the event by greeting the client by name, client services consultant to have a name badge
- Introducing the property, relate the property to their key requirements, and gain from the client if this is the sort of property they are looking for and if is this short-listed for you to make an offer.
- Submit feedback on the street app to the home provider if the property is not for them.
- Negotiate the best price for the vendor then submit offers to the house seller by phone call.
- Inform the successful client of the good news and explain the next step.
- Inform any unsuccessful clients of the next steps sympathetically.
- Progress the sale through to completion.
- GCSE and above
- Previous customer-facing roles with excellent telephone manners and written communication.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Quick in building relationships

- Knowledge of Microsoft office package

- Level 2 award in Introduction to Sale of residential property England, Wales – England,
- Wales & Northern Ireland
- Experience in sales, negotiations, and hitting targets.
- Proven track record of working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience of organizing events

- Managing a pipeline of sales progression
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Knowledge of sales legislation, mortgage process & sales process
- Basic Salary of £18,000 – 25,0000 (depends on experience) OTE £41,000
- Commissions paid for property sales agreed, solicitor referrals, mortgage referrals, removal referrals, surveying referrals, leads passed to lettings and quarterly google reviews bonus.
