TravelLine is an international IT company with offices all over the world.
We create online solutions and websites for hotels, helping them to simplify their workflow and earn more. Our services are used by 12000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels up to 1700 rooms in 71 countries.
We've been operating in Thailand since 2021 and are looking for a first leadership role to help the team achieve targets and goals by monitoring the BDMs' workflows, assisting in negotiations, and coaching sales skills.
We have a team of 5 Business Development Managers reporting to the Lead and local Customer Support.

You will be responsible for the overseeing different aspects of business:
- Drive sales and business development in Thailand
- Manage, control, and support the team to reach the business goals
- Report to the Area BDM in the HQ of the company in English
- Identify trends and client needs to develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare business and strategic plans, and budgets and prove them to leadership
- Represent TravelLine in the local market, and build TravelLine’s company brand within key local influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.)
- Work collaboratively across R&D and Marketing teams to support products development and promotion
- 5+ years experience in a similar leadership role
- Ready for in-country business travel 40 - 50% of the time
- Proficiency in English and Thai languages
- Team’s sales performance review
- Expertise in CRM tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental pitching and articulating ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
- Leadership skills: ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a team, effectively manage performance and mobilize team and resources to achieve or exceed set goals
- Ability to overcome challenges - be prepared to share with us several inspiring cases :)
- A hospitality background will be a strong advantage
